The Women in Mining Brasil is a movement that consolidated itself in early 2019 with the aim of expanding and strengthening women’s participation in the mining sector.

As part of the development of this movement, it was necessary to understand the need to create an active structure in which commitment and actions for gender inclusion are constant agendas, guiding the vision for the future in a responsible and diverse manner.

WIM Brasil’s VALUE PROPOSAL is to build a new way of looking at the Brazilian mineral sector, a look of respect for women at all levels of the organization and in all areas of activity, encouraging inclusive and diverse work environments, and encouraging the participation of women as holders of technical expertise, operational excellence and innovative spirit.
